Agathe BOUSQUET
President of Publicis France
Agathe Bousquet is the President of Publicis France, a role she holds with a clear vision: that of freedom. She began her career by immersing herself in the world of Solidarité Sida, organizing the first Solidays festival in 1999. This experience helped her build a strong network, opening doors to EURO RSCG, where she stepped out of her comfort zone and climbed the ranks.
In 2017, Arthur Sadoun offered her the leadership of Publicis France, a proposal she initially declined but was ultimately convinced by the opportunity to tackle the challenges ahead. Since then, Agathe has led 6,500 people and steered inspiring advertising campaigns with her values and effectiveness.
A committed feminist, she advocates for gender equality, particularly within Publicis. Her activism also extends to environmental causes, and in 2021, she co-presented the "Bousquet Leroy Report" on responsible advertising, a government initiative guiding the advertising industry in the fight against climate change.
