Catherine Guerniou, a committed leader of La Fenêtrière, a workshop specializing in custom window manufacturing located in Champigny-sur-Marne (94), serves as Vice President of the French Building Federation (FFB) in charge of Ecological Transition & CSR. Since 2021, she has been an environmental advisor and delegate for women's rights and equality for the Enterprises Group, representing the CPME at the Economic, Social, and Environmental Council to advocate for SMEs.

Awarded the title of “Madame Engagée” in 2021 by the Chamber of Trades and Crafts (CMA), she actively participates in the first Convention of Companies for the Climate. Since spring 2023, Catherine has also been a Coq Vert guide with BPI France.
