Lilâ Le BAS

Director of Social Engagement at Macif

Graduating with a Master's degree in Public Policy, Lilâ Le Bas has been actively involved in youth organizations and popular education throughout her academic journey. In 2018, she became an advisor within the Student Organizations and Youth Movements group of the Economic, Social, and Environmental Council (CESE), where she served as President until 2021. At Macif, Lilâ Le Bas is responsible for the Social Pole of the Engagement Directorate. She oversees projects related to the Macif Foundation, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Prevention, and citizen engagement through Diffuz. She continues to champion her social commitment through concrete actions as part of her professional activities.
