Pascale D'ERM
Author of La Santé Bleue, director of Aqua, and speaker on the connections between Nature & Health
After studying political science, Pascale became a journalist and author-director (a vocation she embraced early on). Eager to work in the field, she specialized in nature and ecology topics alongside Goodplanet (Yann Arthus Bertrand), the Nicolas Hulot Foundation, France 3 Ouest, the former Cinquième channel, and Ushuaïa TV. In print media, she has collaborated with Psychologies Magazine, Santé Magazine, and Régal.
In publishing, Pascale has released around ten books, including Sœurs en écologie (2017, La Mer Salée), À l’École de la forêt, and L’Écoféminisme, un nouveau regard sur le monde (La Plage). For television, she wrote and directed NATURA (2018, 52’, Planète +/Canal+), the first international investigation into the benefits of experiencing nature on physical, emotional, psychological, and cognitive health, followed by AQUA (2021, 52’, Planète+) on the interdependence of our health and water.
She recounts her investigation in La Santé Bleue (2021, éditions Massot). Recently, she co-wrote the documentary series SŒURS de la TERRE for Arte, which features stories of pioneering women fighting for equality and transforming their communities (India, Kenya, Poland, and Guadeloupe, 2024). She is a certified forest bathing guide (Shinrin Yoku), a speaker, and a knight of the Legion of Honor (2019).
