Thomas Salvant is the Egis Group's Executive Director for Energy and Sustainable Cities and has more than 30 years' experience in the construction sector, including more than 12 years with Egis. He started his career in finance before moving into construction. After graduating from the Ecole supérieure des travaux publics and obtaining a post-graduate degree in business administration from IAE Paris, he joined the OTH Group in 1994. He developed and managed various departments within the Ile-de-France buildings subsidiary, focusing on the health, public and overseas sectors. Following the merger of OTH and Séchaud & Metz, Thomas was appointed Managing Director of the Iosis Group's building subsidiaries (Ile-de-France and overseas) in 2007. In 2015, he became executive director of the Egis Group's buildings activities, overseeing the strategy and business development of the Group's subsidiaries worldwide. Since 2022, he has led the Energy and Sustainable Cities business, driving initiatives in energy and sustainable urban development. Thomas is also a member of the Egis Group Executive Committee, reflecting his extensive expertise in building engineering and business management in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
