Tim Greacen, social psychologist and researcher, is the founder of the Research Laboratory in Mental Health, Human Sciences, and Social Sciences at GHU Paris Psychiatry and Neurosciences. He has authored numerous publications on psychiatry, patient rights, and health promotion. He is also the co-founder of the Cité de la Santé at the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie and the Reflection Group on Mental Health for the Regional Health and Autonomy Conference of Île-de-France. Additionally, he is the outgoing president of the European Network of Psychiatric Institutions, ENTER Mental Health. His research and associative work focus primarily on citizen empowerment in health, particularly the empowerment and social inclusion of people living with mental health disorders and their families. He advocates for mental health promotion, access to care for marginalized populations, psychological support for individuals affected by HIV, and the active participation of psychiatric patients and their families in research and health education initiatives.
