Kalina RASKIN

Kalina RASKIN

General Director & Co-founder of CEEBIOS

A physicochemical engineer, graduate of ESPCI ParisTech, and a Doctor in Neuroscience from Sorbonne University, Kalina has been leading the development of Ceebios, the Biomimicry Research and Expertise Center, since 2013. She regularly teaches at major national higher education institutions, serves as an editorial advisor for technical and scientific publications, is sought after as an expert in working groups and advisory boards of major public and private institutions, and coordinates with her international counterparts.
Her ambition is to position France as a pioneer in the development of biomimicry as a tool for ecological transition, reconciling biodiversity, innovation, and economy. In 2022, she was awarded the Economic Woman of the Year award. She is also a member of the stakeholder council of EDF (co-chair 2020-2021 alongside Jean Bernard Levy), a member of the Local Climate Council of Nice Metropole, and a member of the Scientific Council of Rev3 – Hauts-de-France.
