Barbara ALBASIO

Co-founder of AQUAMOUR, President of Sensi Ateliers Arts & Sens, Author of Creative Attitude (Dunod Editions)

Of Italian origin and passionate about art, creativity, nature, and travel, she graduated from Sciences Po Paris and holds an MBA from the USA. She began her marketing career at L'Oréal and continued it at Renault in marketing and communication. In 2007, she founded Sensi Ateliers Arts & Sens to support leaders and their teams in developing creativity, well-being, and collaboration in the workplace. Barbara is the co-author of CREATIVE ATTITUDE: Inspiring, Motivating, Collaborating, and Innovating in the Workplace, published by Dunod in 2017. Her love for water and meeting new people inspired her to create Aquamour with her partner—a responsible world tour in search of inspiring initiatives to protect and preserve water. Upon their return, the documentary film Aquamour: Meeting the Water Messengers was presented at various festivals and forums. In 2022, Barbara launched the Water, Art, Love - Aquamour Festival, with the first edition held in Italy and a second in Brittany in 2023. The next Aquamour Festival is scheduled for Venice, March 22–25, 2025, continuing to spread the message of peace and love with Aquatic Intelligence.
