Benoît Miribel is a committed figure in humanitarian work and public health. Currently, he serves as the President of the Une Santé Durable pour Tous Foundation, under the auspices of the Pasteur Institute, and the Bioport humanitarian platform. He is also an advisor to the Economic, Social, and Environmental Council (CESE). In the past, he presided over the French Center for Funds and Foundations (CFF) and led the Mérieux Foundation, which specializes in the fight against infectious diseases in developing countries. Honorary President of Action contre la Faim, which he chaired from 2010 to 2013 and where he also served as General Director, he is a co-founder of the journal Alternatives Humanitaires and a member of the think-tank Santé Mondiale 2030.
