Blandine Mellouet Fort is a public health physician specializing in health promotion and planetary health. Her work focuses on fostering health-supportive environments and lifestyles, with a particular emphasis on the connections between nature and health. She actively promotes nature connection through initiatives aimed at co-benefits for health and the environment, including the Nature Prescription program in France (www.prescriptiondenature.fr).
She lends her expertise to various projects led by local authorities, healthcare professionals, and environmental education practitioners. Blandine is involved in multiple research projects, such as NAPHEA, NATURHEALTH, and SAINBIOTE. Additionally, she contributes to training and education and co-coordinates the university diploma program "Planetary Health - Sustainable Health" at the Public Health University School of Lyon.
She is also a filmmaker and the founder of PLASMA (Promoting Health through Adapted Media).
