Cyrielle is the CEO of Les Alchimistes, a social enterprise specializing in the collection and composting of food waste. Before joining Alexandre Guilluy and Kenzo Sato to form the leadership trio at Les Alchimistes, Cyrielle led BlaBlaCar’s development team for five years, shortly after graduating from HEC Paris. During this time, she developed strong skills in customer acquisition, fundraising, and team structuring.
In early 2018, Cyrielle made a bold career shift to deepen her commitment to ecological and social causes, focusing on circular economy and composting. She leveraged her past experiences to establish the Social Utility Solidarity Enterprise (ESUS) as a national leader in food waste management.
Cyrielle is also a co-founder of Le Noyau, a Nantes-based association that organizes festive events around ecological transition and social cohesion issues. She is actively involved in the governance of several impact-driven organizations, including EcoTable and La Fourche.
