Fabrice BONNIFET

Director of Sustainable Development & Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) at the Bouygues Group and President of the College of Sustainable Development Directors (C3D)

Fabrice Bonnifet is the Director of Sustainable Development & QSE (Quality-Health-Safety-Environment) at the Bouygues Group and President of the College of Sustainable Development Directors (C3D). He is also a Board Member of The Shift Project and co-author of the book The Contributive Company: Reconciling Business and Planetary Boundaries (DUNOD edition).
His mission is to lead and coordinate the sustainability strategy of the Bouygues Group, including the climate and biodiversity transition plan, responsible purchasing, CSRD compliance, taxonomy alignment, duty of vigilance, human rights, and QSE management systems. He also oversees the Group's stakeholder engagement. Fabrice is committed to advancing the regenerative business model.
An engineer by training from the Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers, Fabrice is also a board member of The Shift Project, a speaker, and a lecturer. He teaches at Paris Dauphine in the Master’s Program for Sustainable Development & Organizations, at ENSAM and ESTP in the Specialized Master's in Sustainable Habitat & Construction, and in the MBA for CSR Management and Organizational Performance at Devinci Executive Education.
