A practitioner of systemic, human, and ecological change, Valérie Brunel develops frameworks that help organizations evolve toward greater meaning, sustainability, and efficiency. She co-designed the initial program for the Convention of Businesses for the Climate. A clinical sociologist, her research focuses on the levers for ecological and organizational change, as well as the social regulatory function of self-work (e.g., Les Managers de l’âme, 2004, La Découverte).
She founded the consultancy Kairos Accompagnement & Recherche in 2004. To contribute to the paradigm shift toward a regenerative socio-economic model, she co-created a pedagogical game, La Fresque Systémique.
Additionally, she co-authored a white paper for BPIFrance on regenerative approaches: Entreprises et systèmes vivants, appréhender les approches régénératives, with Sarah Dubreil, in 2023.
