Born in the hills of the Marseille hinterland, Nelly Pons developed a deep sensitivity to light, landscapes, and the living world that inhabits them. With a dual background in science and culture, her journey combines creativity and commitment. For the past 10 years, she has devoted most of her time to writing, mediation, and knowledge sharing. She is the author of Le grand épuisement (Actes Sud, 2025), Océan plastique. Enquête sur une pollution globale (2020), Choisir de ralentir (2017), and La permaculture (Que sais-je?, Puf, 2022), as well as a contributor to works such as Animal by Cyril Dion (2022) and Vers la sobriété heureuse by Pierre Rabhi (2010). Her writings reflect her commitment to preserving life and propose a transformation in our relationship with the world.
