Considering that investors have a decisive role to play in encouraging companies to adopt sustainable and positive business models, Olivier de Guerre founded Phitrust in 2003, an AMF approved asset management company. A pioneer in impact investing in France, Phitrust invests and supports companies that engage in a positive transition of their business models. With the Phitrust teams, he is developing a long-term investment approach to support companies in their transformation process (for listed companies) and unlisted companies with a high social impact in their scale-up. 
Before creating Phitrust, Olivier de Guerre developed a long experience as an asset manager for families/foundations or institutional investors, notably by advising them on their investment strategies.
In 1987, he created GT Finance/Cristal Finance with a partner before joining Crédit Suisse Asset Management in 1998. He was Managing Director of Crédit Suisse Asset Management in London and a member of the Executive Board of the French subsidiary. Olivier is a director of the Admical association in France.
Olivier de Guerre is a graduated from ESSEC, the University of Nanterre (Economics), and from the Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées (urban planning degree).
