Alexia is a multi-entrepreneur striving for a better world, as well as an investor and advisor to startups for the past 20 years. An engineer by training, she graduated from ENSTA and the HEC Paris Master’s program in Entrepreneurship. She began her career in strategy consulting and digital project management.

In 2004, Alexia founded a pioneering company in the field of parenting, which she led for ten years before selling it. From 2016 to 2024, Alexia focused on management and team spirit, authoring books such as Drivers of Engagement and Working Remotely Effectively (published by Marabout) and developing an AI tool called laWEbox, a personal assistant for managers.

Keen to share her experience with a wider audience, she is publishing the book Engaged Entrepreneur: Taking Action (EMS Editions) in 2024 and has launched Impactus (www.Impactus.plus), a community of entrepreneurs paired with a digital roadmap to double the chances of success.
