A lifelong Macif member and deeply involved in its governance over many years, Jean-Louis Grosse-Delasalle has held various roles, including Regional Delegate, National Delegate, and Regional Coordinator in Gâtinais Champagne. He later became National Delegate in Île-de-France, then National Coordinator, before being elected President of the ADPI (Association of Independent Professional Delegates). He was appointed Vice President of Macif in 2021 and became its President in June 2023.Jean-Louis Grosse-Delasalle also serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mutavie and as a board member of Aéma Group, Ofi Invest, Abeille Assurances, IMA, and Apivia Courtage.A specialist in industrial and occupational risk prevention, he graduated from the École Supérieure de Sécurité (ESSEL) in 1982 and has an entrepreneurial spirit. In 1986, he founded several companies in training, graphic design, and audiovisual fields. In 1990, he consolidated these activities to create Diaxens, a consulting and training firm specializing in the prevention of major industrial risks (nuclear, steel, aerospace, etc.).A hands-on professional, Jean-Louis Grosse-Delasalle has spent over 30 years working closely with both operators and executive committees. His "leitmotif" is to listen, analyze, and persuade.He is the author of 12 technical and educational books (over 100,000 copies sold) and numerous multimedia applications, particularly on electrical risk prevention. He also taught for several years at the University of Paris II – IMAC (Multimedia Bachelor's Program).
