Justine is, above all, an explorer of the human experience. Having worked in both the public and private sectors, she founded her own company to help organizations nurture their interpersonal relationships and support entrepreneurs in developing impactful projects. In 2023, she embarked on an international journey to better understand the conditions that enable deep transformations within organizations in response to societal challenges. In 2025, she returned after a year of exploration across Europe and Asia, bringing with her a wealth of insights and a renewed desire to contribute to meaningful initiatives within an organization.
