With 20 years of experience in economic integration, inclusion, and social entrepreneurship, Thibaut Guilluy, a graduate of ESCP, has been serving as the CEO of France Travail since January 2024. Throughout his career, Thibaut Guilluy has founded a dozen associations and social enterprises. In 2003, he co-founded Ateliers Sans Frontières, a work integration project for vulnerable individuals. In 2006, he became CEO of the Ares Group, focusing on the integration of marginalized people. He also played a key role in the Grenelle of Integration and founded and chaired the Employment Inclusion Council in 2018. Appointed in 2020 as High Commissioner for Employment Inclusion and Corporate Engagement, Thibaut Guilluy contributed to the definition and implementation of policies related to employment and corporate engagement. He notably led the deployment of the "1 youth, 1 solution" plan, contributed to the creation of the Youth Engagement Contract, and co-developed the "1 youth, 1 mentor" initiative. In 2023, he was tasked by Olivier Dussopt, then Minister of Labor, Full Employment, and Integration, with leading the prefiguration mission for France Travail for nearly a year. Thibaut Guilluy also co-chairs the "Les entreprises s'engagent" community.
