Born a few years ago from a unanimous desire to bring meaning to musical practice, the Orchestre du Nouveau Monde is France's first orchestra dedicated to social and climate justice. Officially established as an association in January 2022, the orchestra brings together around a hundred young musicians nearing the end of their studies at Regional or National Conservatories.

Our mission: to raise awareness among a broad audience through music.

The Orchestre du Nouveau Monde offers a fresh approach to advocacy, where art becomes the resonating voice of a committed message. Through a variety of performances—concerts, school interventions, conferences, awareness videos, activist actions, and more—the orchestra aims to spark reflection, inspire action, and contribute to building a shared movement of hope and ambition.
