Mathilde BOISSEAU

Director of Vine and Wine at Hennessy

Mathilde Boisseau graduated from the Purpan School of Engineering in Toulouse and holds a National Diploma of Oenology (D.N.O.) from the University of Bordeaux.
In 2011, she joined Château Lynch-Bages, a Grand Cru Classé of the Médoc, as well as Château Ormes de Pez, both part of the Cazes family group, where she served as Deputy Technical Director.
In the summer of 2014, Mathilde joined Maison Hennessy as Head of Vineyard Operations, overseeing the technical management of Hennessy’s 180 hectares of vineyards.
In 2019, she was appointed to Hennessy’s tasting committee. Since October 1, 2020, she has held the position of Director of Vineyards and Wine, responsible for defining and implementing the transformation strategy and support for Hennessy’s 1,600 partner winegrowers to meet sustainability and quality goals in the company’s supply chain.
