Do we need to be radical to be heard? With a special appearance by Paul Watson

Bourgeois ecology, armchair activism... For the past few months, criticisms of the (in)action on climate from certain actors have been growing. In response to the widespread setback faced by the environmental cause, many activists are turning to more radical discourse and actions.

So, should we shock, or prioritize violent action, to move the lines? Isn't this backlash in public opinion precisely linked to radical and media-covered actions? And who decides what is radical or not? Finally, is a perceived radical action more effective than others in driving change?

With L'ADN and our witnesses, we explore the questions raised by this multifaceted concept.

To open this session, we are honored to welcome Paul Watson, who will answer questions from Cyrielle Hariel.
