Guillaume began his journalistic career by co-founding the media outlet OWNI.fr. After working with Radio France, L'Express.fr, and Usbek & Rica, he joined L'ADN in 2021 as Editorial Director. Guillaume is also the co-author of Inside Julian Assange's Mind (Actes Sud, 2020).
