Emmanuel Desmaizières began his career in 1994 at Bouygues Bâtiment Île-de-France. He then joined Bouygues Immobilier, where he held various operational roles before being appointed Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate and a member of the Executive Committee in 2010. He later served as Managing Director of Residential Real Estate for Western France, Managing Director of UrbanEra, and Managing Director of International Operations.

In 2019, he became CEO of Icade Promotion before returning to Bouygues Immobilier in February 2024 as Chief Executive Officer.
