Gabrielle Halpern, a Doctor of Philosophy and a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure, has worked in the offices of the Minister of Economy and Finance, the Secretary of State for Commerce, Crafts, Consumption, and Social and Solidarity Economy, the Secretary of State for Research and Higher Education, and the Gardes des Sceaux, Minister of Justice, as a "Prospective and Speech Advisor" before co-directing a startup incubator.
Her research over the past fifteen years has particularly focused on the concept of hybridization as a means of creating bridges between different worlds. She is the author of several works, including the essay Tous centaures ! Éloge de l’hybridation (Le Pommier, 2020) and Créer des ponts entre les mondes (Fayard, 2024). In addition to her research, Gabrielle Halpern gives lectures across France and internationally, and she advises public institutions, businesses, and associations.
