In 2008, he founded the platform Alvarum and the Course des Héros, a fundraising event that generates over €2 million annually. In 2016, he co-founded the social enterprise Alenvi, whose mission is to humanize care by valuing professionals and reconciling the human and economic challenges of the caregiving sector. Alenvi provides in-home care services for the elderly, a network of shared housing for seniors with cognitive impairments, and a training center for caregiving professionals under the brand Compani.

Guillaume is also actively involved in promoting responsible entrepreneurship. He is the author of Unpacte (What if entrepreneurs had their own Hippocratic Oath?) and, together with his partners, La société du lien (The Revolution of How).
