A true product of the CJD (Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants), Mathieu Hetzer was able to acquire Editions Selz after initially joining the company as an intern. He later transitioned out of operational management by leveraging the tools provided by the movement, sharing governance with his employees. Since then, he has founded accompagnement.io to enhance business efficiency. A man of commitment and teamwork, he served as President of CJD Alsace from 2021 to 2023 and has been President of CJD France since July 2024. During his two-year term, he aims to guide as many companies as possible in transforming their economic and social models towards greater resilience.
