Michelin-starred Chef - Guy Savoy Restaurant

Guy Savoy discovered his calling as a chef at the age of 15 and later developed it through apprenticeship. His career began at the chocolatier Louis Marchand in his hometown, before joining the Troisgros brothers, whose elegance in the art of cooking fascinated him. He then furthered his career in prestigious gastronomic institutions. At the age of 27, he opened his first restaurant in Paris, on Rue Duret, and quickly gained recognition in the culinary world.
Since 2015, Guy Savoy has been based at the Monnaie de Paris, and in 2006, he opened a Guy Savoy restaurant in Las Vegas. In 1997, he supported the inclusion of the "gastronomic meal of the French" in UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage. A member of the Comité Colbert since 2013, he has earned five Toques d'Or from Gault & Millau. His restaurant has held the title of Best Restaurant in the World according to La Liste 2025 for the eighth consecutive year. He was recently elected to the Academy of Fine Arts.
