Mathilde Venot, Fine Fragrance Designer at Lancôme Perfumes, crafts the olfactory signatures that define the brand’s identity. Her journey, driven by a deep passion for the world of fragrances, led her to ISIPCA (Institut Supérieur International du Parfum, de la Cosmétique et de l'Aromatique Alimentaire), from which she graduated in 2010.

She honed her expertise at the prestigious fragrance house IFF, collaborating with internationally renowned perfumers. This formative experience allowed her to develop an in-depth knowledge of raw materials and the subtleties of olfactory composition.

In 2012, Mathilde Venot stepped into the world of luxury by joining the L'Oréal Group. After contributing to the olfactory development of numerous prestigious brands, she now dedicates herself to Lancôme. As the creative force behind the brand’s fragrances, she shapes its olfactory vision and strategy, breathing new life into its heritage.

Her resolutely collaborative approach fosters co-creation with some of the greatest talents in perfumery. From rising stars to master perfumers, Mathilde Venot orchestrates a creative dialogue, exploring uncharted olfactory and emotional territories. She masterfully blends intensity, exceptional longevity, and a distinctive signature, giving rise to truly exceptional fragrances.
