Hugues Ferreboeuf, 63, has spent the majority of his career in the information technology sector, including over 15 years in executive management roles at high-growth French and Anglo-Saxon companies, as well as governmental organizations, often internationally. He has also founded three High Tech companies.
An engineer from Mines ParisTech, and a graduate of École Polytechnique and Télécom ParisTech, he now applies his expertise to help businesses and public institutions navigate transformations in the face of digital, environmental, and societal transitions.
Co-founder of Virtus Management, he joined The Shift Project in 2016, where he leads the Lean ICT project to make digital transitions more environmentally friendly. He is the co-author of nine reports on the environmental impact of digital technology and serves on the scientific advisory board of several European initiatives, including the European Green Digital Coalition. He also teaches at Sciences Po Paris and regularly speaks at conferences in France and abroad.
