Passionate about cognitive and behavioral sciences, a branch of neuroscience, I founded UMANAO® to integrate the natural functioning of the human brain into the workplace through a cognitive and behavioral approach we have developed.
Our tools and methods provide practical support for reflection, decision-making, and collaboration in organizational settings. They help individuals adapt more effectively to the challenges of the 21st century, such as workplace mental health in a rapidly changing and uncertain world, the impact of AI on humanity, addressing climate disruptions (CSR – CSRD), and navigating economic and social ethics in the face of technological shifts and polarized societies. Facilitating debates, roundtables, and seminars is one of the many applications of our tools and methods.
An engineer by training with an MBA, I bring a wealth of professional experience gained in France and internationally across industries, digital services, and human development, before founding UMANAO®. Today, as a member of Entrepreneurs d’avenir, I continue to build on these experiences, aiming to contribute to a better and more balanced world.
