CEO of Macif / DGD Iard & Vie Aéma

A trained lawyer, Jean-Philippe Dogneton began his professional career in 1991 as a Property Insurance Underwriter in Macif’s Centre-Ouest Atlantique region. He joined the headquarters in 2000, where he became Director of Reinsurance and managed projects with an economic focus.Between 2007 and 2011, he served as Director of Risk Management, Reinsurance, and Internal Control at Macif, overseeing the implementation of Solvency II and organizational transformation projects.In 2011, he became Director of Property Insurance at Macif, leading the overhaul of the technical and operational model. In 2015, he was appointed Deputy CEO in charge of the P&C division. He then became Deputy CEO of the Macif Group and CEO of Macif SAM, UMG Macif Santé Prévoyance, and GIE Macif Finance Epargne in May 2019.In January 2021, he assumed the role of CEO of Macif and Deputy CEO for P&C and Life Insurance at Aéma Group. He was also elected Chairman of Abeille Assurances in September 2021.Jean-Philippe Dogneton will take on the role of CEO of SGAM Macif in January 2024.
