Martine JAUROYON

Director of Sustainability and Corporate Engagement at Egis Group

Martine Jauroyon, a geophysicist engineer specializing in oceanography, began her career at an environmental engineering consultancy. She then joined various management consulting firms, where she supported executive teams in their transformation programs. In 2006, she joined the Egis group, taking on various roles within the General Management, including advisor to the CEO and overseeing departments such as Sustainable Development, Innovation, Sustainable Performance, Technical Resources, and Digital Engineering.
Currently leading the Sustainable Development and Engagement Department, she is responsible for driving the Group's ESG climate transformation plan for sustainable, resilient, and inclusive territories. Martine is also the President of the Egis Foundation, dedicated to combating climate change and promoting a just transition. She serves as Vice President of Syntec Engineering, overseeing climate strategy, and is a member of the France office of the UN Global Compact.
