Futurist, Essayist, and Advisor

Navi Radjou is a Franco-American researcher and advisor in innovation and leadership. Throughout his 30-year career, he has advised hundreds of companies worldwide on sustainable growth strategies.
In 2021 and 2023, Navi was ranked by Thinkers50 among the 50 most influential management thinkers in the world. In 2013, Navi won the prestigious Thinkers50 Innovation Award, awarded to a management thinker who redefines how we think about and practice innovation. He spoke at TED Global 2014 on frugal innovation (over 2 million views).
Navi is the co-author of The Frugal Innovation Guide, as well as the global bestseller Jugaad Innovation (over 200,000 copies sold worldwide) and Giving Meaning to Intelligence (foreword by Matthieu Ricard). His next book, The Frugal Economy, will be published by Pearson France in May 2025.
Of Indian origin, he is a long-time student of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Vipassana meditation (mindfulness).
