Tiphaine has built her professional career around innovation aimed at fostering better living together. Navi Radjou describes her as "a business mind, a social heart, and an ecological soul."
After 15 years in consulting and strong engagement in issues of inclusion, functionality, and sharing economies, Tiphaine co-founded Metacar Mobility Systems in 2020 in Lyon. This Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) company works toward more sustainable and universally accessible mobility solutions.
For over 10 years, Tiphaine has been a board member of Unis Vers l’Emploi, an SSE group specializing in integrating people distant from the job market in the Lyon metropolitan area. Since 2023, she has served as its co-president.
She joined the 2024 cohort of the Convention of Companies for the Climate to challenge extractivist models and advocate for regenerative alternatives. Her daily work focuses on redefining value creation in light of the environmental and societal challenges we face today.
Among the tools she uses to facilitate action, both personally and professionally, Tiphaine regularly leads 2 Tonnes workshops for the general public and companies. These sessions raise awareness of the numerous levers of transition, always in a joyful and engaging atmosphere!
