Expert in strategy and corporate social responsibility, with 20 years of experience as a company executive, Sandrine MAISANO (a graduate of Neoma Business School’s PGE program and trained in General Management at ESCP) has been actively engaged in transformation for over a decade.

Her diverse activities allow her to impact various audiences: she teaches CSR to future leaders at top business schools and oversees the academic direction of several impact-focused Master's programs. She serves as an advisor to La Main à la Pâte, a foundation supported by the Academy of Sciences with the mission of promoting science education in schools. Sandrine is also a CSR expert at the French Center for Funds and Foundations, where she supports decision-makers on societal issues.

In addition to her numerous board positions in the social and solidarity economy, she is particularly committed to citizens, associations, local authorities, and businesses through her role as Vice-President of Comité 21. She is the co-author of Social and Solidarity Economy and Management Challenges (Pearson, 2017) and Ethics and CSR (Pearson, 2024).
