A graduate of Sciences Po Lille and the Sustainable Development Master's program at HEC, Olivia Conil Lacoste joined Bouygues Immobilier in 2017 as CSR Director. In this role, she developed and implemented the company's CSR strategy, aiming to minimize its environmental impact and maximize its positive impact on local communities, driving transformative benefits for its clients and employees. She is currently a member of the Executive Committee (CODG).Passionate and committed, Olivia Conil Lacoste also serves as President of CIBI (International Biodiversity and Real Estate Council) and as a board member of the Bouygues Immobilier Foundation.She was a laureate of the 2nd edition of the Giverny - Le Point ranking, which in June 2022 highlighted "50 committed leaders under 40 driving the acceleration of France's ecological and social transformation."
