Anthony Berthou is a nutritionist and expert in the systemic issues of food. He promotes an integrative and ecological approach to nutrition, which he has been teaching for over 25 years to healthcare professionals and in various universities. He notably taught Global Food Challenges 2050 at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).
An author and speaker, Anthony Berthou has published 7 books, including the bestsellers Le guide Yuka (Marabout, 2021) and Du bon sens dans notre assiette (Actes Sud, 2023). He is the author of Traité de la pleine santé par l’alimentation durable (Dunod, 2023), which compiles a critical analysis of over 10,000 scientific publications.
Anthony Berthou is recognized for his expertise in micronutrition and sports nutrition (former member of the French Junior Triathlon team and nutritionist for numerous Olympic teams). He is also the lead nutritionist for the Yuka app and the creator of a nutritional diagnostic algorithm, winner of the national competition for innovative companies organized by the Ministry of Research and Higher Education in 2010.
