Director of Patient Experience and Solutions Novo Nordisk France

An engineer by training from Centrale Méditerranée, with additional certification in marketing from McGill University in Canada, Celia has been working for 15 years in technological and organizational innovation to improve healthcare.
After more than a decade in a consulting firm supporting public and/or public-interest organizations and a backpacking trip around the world, Celia decided to channel her energy into working #ForAndWith patients and healthcare professionals to implement practical, hands-on solutions tailored to local needs.
This commitment led Celia to join the executive committee of Novo Nordisk France, where she heads a new department dedicated to improving quality of life and healthcare pathways beyond medication, with a strong focus on primary prevention.
