Sabine Bonnot has dedicated her career to the ecological transition of agricultural and food practices. After an initial experience in the agro-food and agro-chemical industries on an international scale, she has been engaged for over 15 years both on the ground, through agricultural production activities, and as a leader of pioneering organizations. She served as board member and later as president of a French Research Institute under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture, with a mission to accelerate this transition. For the past four years, she has directed Planet-Score, a transparency and eco-design initiative in the agri-food sector, supported by scientists, NGOs, and associations. Adopted by over 300 brands in France and internationally, Planet-Score allows sector stakeholders to address sustainability issues with nuance.
