Gilles Luneau is a journalist, essayist, and filmmaker with a dynamic and committed career. As a senior reporter for Libération, Le Nouvel Observateur, and Géo, he covered geopolitics, war zones, and investigative stories before specializing in agricultural, ecological, and climate issues. Co-founder of Campagnes TV, he also directs documentaries for Arte and France Télévisions and has taught journalism and documentary writing. A prolific author, his works span essays, investigations, and fiction. Recent titles include Energy Observer: Exploring the Heart of Energy Challenges (Gallimard, 2024) and Farmers Facing Climate Chaos (Impacts Editions, 2022). His films, such as Eating Is an Agricultural Act (France 3, 2020), selected for the International Journalism Festival, reflect his vision of an interconnected and resilient world.
