Sébastien Blache is a naturalist and ornithologist by training, with 18 years of dedication to the Ligue pour la Protection des Oiseaux (LPO). In 2006, he decided to revive his family farm by taking over 11 hectares of cereal monoculture, driven by the ambition to demonstrate that it is possible to feed a local population while preserving biodiversity. In 2016, he was joined by Elsa, an ecologist passionate about permaculture, and together they dedicate their efforts to an agricultural project that combines sustainable production with the conservation of natural ecosystems.
