Seeking meaning and a healthier environment, she embraced a farming lifestyle, which she now passionately advocates. A vocal opponent of agro-business, Noémie champions agriculture that respects the land, the body, and the soul, offering a joyful alternative to a bleak status quo. Nourishing, in every sense of the word, has become her mission.
