A graduate of the Institut Paul Bocuse, Nolwenn Corre trained with Michelin-starred chefs such as Christian Le Squer at Le Meurice and Yannick Alleno at Pavillon Ledoyen, before moving on to Jean-Luc L'Hourre (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) at Le Marinca in Corsica.
At the age of 25, she returned to her native Brittany. Her father Philippe Corre handed over the reins to her. She became head chef at the Pointe Saint-Mathieu restaurant.
